I accept most private insurance plans.  Some of these plans include, but not limited to; Premera, Molina, Tricare, First Choice, Aetna, Regence, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Behavioral Health, United Healthcare Community Plan,  MHN, Group Health, ProviderOne, and LifeSync.  I am also contracted as an EAP provider with several insurance companies.

I also offer discounts for cash-paying patients.
